I would give zero star if I could.
I ordered a mop and a bucket set from AliExpress. Two lids that are supposed to keep the water in the basket came missing. I sent the photo and asked for a refund since I already have waited more than a month to get the item. The seller gave me two options to either keep the item which clearly I cannot use and get half of the money back, or ship it back and get full refund. I checked with the local post office and got a quote that is double the amount of the item. I spoke to two different agents to make sure I will get the shipping fee back too if I ship the item back and they said if I want to get a full refund then ship it back to the seller.
After I shipped it back to the seller, seller lied that the tracking number I provided was fake so I had to talk to an agent again, a week later, AliExpress said they will only refund me the item since the item is in Chinese Custom. When I checked, it was delivered back to the seller, so I had to speak to an agent again.
When I told them that I want full refund for both item and the shipping fee since I did everything they told me to do, they told me to wait and a couple days later I got a coupon for the shipping fee amount ALSO that expires in September, which is ridiculous. Before sending the item back, I double-checked with agents that I will get my money back not coupons. Every agents say that they will leave a note so the future agent is aware of the situation but I had to repeat myself every time I speak to different agent. I am still talking to agents and waiting for their emails for the shipping fee back. It is very stressful and would NEVER recommend AliExpress to anyone.
