I purchased three items and paid import duties and shipping cost during purchase. Sneaky seller sent out without paying import tax and therefore custom rejected clearance and box returned to seller by shipping company. Seller did not respond my message and i raised refund. Ali Express refunded partially which is 20% of total payment. I contact with AE customer service and they escalate to higher service agent but they only advised me to contact with seller for negotiation. The Chinese have opened an online shop to scam people in a qualified way. I have never encountered such fraud in any other online seller. There is no customer protection and they leave you at the mercy of the seller
