A PC I bought on Aliexpress for 180EUR (seller WooYi) literally exploded in my face one evening while I was working with it. Seller requested that I ship it back for repairs, and when I did he claimed that "I physically broke the CPU". The most ridiculous claim I've ever heard.
I contacted Aliexpress support several times and other than an excessive amount of fake flattery and politely asking the seller to help me (which he refused) they did absolutely NOTHING. Every time I contact them (via chat) they "forward it to their support), I get one Email asking for proof or asking me to contact the seller, then I get another Email that they can't help me because its past their protection period, and that's where it ends. I cannot even respond.
Stay clear from Aliexpress, especially when it comes to expensive items. Their buyer protection only lasts a very short time and then you're on your own. All they will do after that is to drive you nuts with their useless procedure and exaggerated fake compliments.
And whatever you do, do NOT buy ANYTHING from a seller called WooYi, that's a scam.
