Beware of AliExpress Refund Scam! I recently had a terrible experience with AliExpress, which was my first time using their platform. I ordered a car part worth £100, only to realize that it would take a whopping two months to be delivered. Naturally, I decided to cancel my order and requested a refund. To my surprise, I received a message in bold letters promising a "FAST REFUND bonus" or something along those lines. Like anyone else, I was enticed by the offer and ticked the box. Little did I know, this would lead to a frustrating ordeal. I patiently waited for four days, expecting the refund to appear back in my account. However, nothing showed up. Concerned about the whereabouts of my money, I decided to investigate further. To my dismay, I discovered that the refund had been made to an account on AliExpress called "bonus." The catch? The bonus account only allows you to purchase items from AliExpress and does not allow you to transfer the funds to your bank account! Frustrated and feeling deceived, I reached out to AliExpress customer service multiple times. Each time, they assured me that I would receive my money back. However, despite their promises, I have yet to see a refund in my account. In fact, I have even received emails stating that I will not be refunded. I am writing this review to warn others about this scam. It is important to be cautious when dealing with refunds on AliExpress, as they may redirect your money to a bonus account that restricts your ability to use or transfer the funds.
