My package was lost and never arrived. It took me weeks of messaging the courier service aliexpress used to get them to confirm that the package was lost and not going to ever arrive. I gave the information, including the ticket number from the courier and screenshots of the emails and tracking information, to aliexpress. Aliexpress said I didn't provide "evidence" and closed the case and now it can't be disputed. They did not tell me what other evidence I could possibly have provided? Basically if something goes wrong they don't honor their buyer protection so it's useless. This was my first time using aliexpress and I won't bother again.
