How did things go until we receive the answer, we will not return the money! I entered the chat section on aliexpress, there I spoke with a person and explained the situation to her, she in turn forwarded my request to I don't know which department, the respective department sent me an email asking me to send them the documents to certify the payments, I sent the documents and they answered me (the records sent are not accepted, I closed the case) since that moment no one answers the email, of course I sent a replay to solve the problem but no one answers anymore, after which I repeated the whole process about 5-8 times the same answers, each time the people from the chat section told me to be calm and patient that it would be resolved and I would get my money back, just plain lies they make fun of the buyers) in other words, they are thieves and no one does anything against them! I will not stop here, I will do everything possible to recover my money! this means having common sense and respect in this world (you end up suffering)!
