Worst ecommerce platform. They favour their chinese sellers. Make it almost impossible to dispute. Then buyer guarantee is a LIE. They give you 3 days to find what was the logistics company, contact the shipping company, get in writing from them that you never received the item. I spent 10 days and over 100 messages for my $500 lost item. Seller doesnt understand English and keeps on sending same message over and over again.
NO HELP NO SUPPORT You are on your own.
