I cancelled an order, and I asked for a "fast refund" - who wouldn't. But this is a nasty trick - you DON'T get your money back, but they put it in your "bonus account" - and this can only be used to make another purchase. So either you buy again from them, or you can whistle for your money. All this is in all probability covered in a legal information pack - do you ever read them? But it covers their ass. I call this theft, and I have told them so. Their reply is that it is jmpossible to transfer money from the bonus account to my credit xard - as if it were some irresistable force of nature.. which it isn't, of course, just bad faith.
