I ordered 10 items received 3 and Ali refusing to refund.
Tracking ends on 19/9 when it should have been delivered then I am told they are in transit, the Post Office have it, the Post Office tried to deliver, EVRI destroyed the parcels.
EVRI tracking states they were damaged in transit.
Ali are saying there is no proof but refused to look at the delivery details.
Customer Services are useless so I have 7 outstanding items that Ali are refusing to refund.
Biggest bunch of con artists on the planet and I hope they are reading this.
Do NOT buy from them bunch of lying dishonest crooks.
