The most horrible experience I have ordering online. I just wasted my hard earn money for orders not delivered. Even if I did provide proofs on undelivered items, still they can't refund the money I payed for it. In addition of their poor customer service, hotline agents that uses script using sweet words of promises, and passing their responsibilities to resolved issues to the customers who just thought that they meant their business, AliExpress needs to incorporate professionalism. Too bad that it's not covered by the business bureau (maybe that's why they still operating).Pointing fingers towards seller and carrier. What about you AliExpress? What is your role? Just to sell the items, get your commission and when there's a dispute you just point your finger to either seller or logistic delivery. That's not fair, customers thrust you. But it seems like you just want your part. Never again doing business with you. $50 is $50 it might be a small amount for you, but it's a hard earn money for me. Hope KARMA moves on its own ways. Never spend even a cent in this online business
