I would LOVE to give Ali express a 5.. I can't. It is literally like the wild west of shopping! I have bought stuff and gotten it on time or early, no problem! I bought a dress, the seller immediately marked it as shipped and then sent me a message saying the tracking they entered was wrong, and that I would get another tracking number in 2 weeks but I had to click "confirm received".. Ya know, the button you click when you already GOT THE ITEM! When I messgaed them back for clarification, the left me on read for like 2 days! When I messaged them again, the didn't even look at my message, and I messaged and again, NOTHING! SO reached out to Aliexpress via their chat and when I got to a live agent they just gave me scripted answers.. With no real resolution or result, even though I sent screenshots of the conversation. At first I needed to know what was going on, if I would even get the dress, or my money back. They said we will get it resolved, and I got an email from Aliexpress saying "the seller has been penalized" but no resolution..So I chatted again, and the same templates "be patient, we know you're excited to get your product" and I'm like "what?" and so I send screenshots again and it takes about 20 mins of back and forth and they FINALLY open a dispute. 2 days later? I get an email saying "this has been shipped to you, please be patient..." Like WTF? So I chat in AGAIN, but this time I send the screenshots of the seller ignoring me, and then ADMITTING they sent it to the wrong address and then telling me how I have to wait 2 WEEKS for a refund, and now I am frustrated, and what happens? Those templates AGAIN "please be patient for your product to arrive" TF? I am beyond irritated, and I have to remind myself that this poor chat person did not do this to me, and that this is just a J O B for them. However the use of the templates and not reading what I am sending and over all being unhelpful and then just resending the same template in the same conversation lead me to do the same thing.. So they ended the chat on me. So I chatted in again and then I got "Rafeala" who was at least MINIMALLY using the templates, looked up my previous chats and the messaging from the seller, and assured me she would take care of this, that same day I get an email from Ali express.. "Be patient your item has shipped". This has been going on since September 27th and today is Oct. 10th. I just want my money back! $97 is not a lot to a big company like the Alibaba trading group, but it is to a single person! Still today no dress, no money! However, some of the other things I ordered that same day, I have already, some I am still waiting on, and the tracking on the things I already got was AMAZING!!! Long story short, if you do not see any real reviews aside from some stars.. DO NOT BUY, and stay away from IUS or UIS store, they have magnificent pictures of GORGEOUS dresses that are SUPER cheap, and you will never get it, and Ali express will not do much for you.
