My delivery was posted incorrectly and now AliExpress will not give me a refund. This is even though I have provided the map and door from Evri delivery against photos of my own and sent the email Evri sent be saying it was delivered wrong. They keep saying the tracking info says it was delivered and that I need official documents from the post office (?) to confirm it wasn't. They won't liaise with Evri to resolve although Evri has asked them to do this.
Terrible customer service. Unwilling to actually resolve problems and whoever is looking at appeals and 'evidence' clearly doesn't know what they're doing.
First and Last time buying from here, there are other cheap websites that are much better, like Temu
