Ordered Convection Oven, sell page showed 20 available, shipped from US Location & promised fast shipping. After many days with no contact I sent message requesting update.More stalling, then finally a reply; “Sorry Item not in stock – Refund started”. After several days I verified the refund. Found a different seller who showed 10 available, shipped from US Location & promised fast shipping. Same story, stall, no contact then “Sorry Item not in stock – Refund started”. Tried to contact AliExpress to complain, very difficult process, everything is by chat. Whenever I asked a tough question, they shuffeled be to a new C.S. agent and I had to start all over. Finally at Customer Service suggestion, I found a different seller and messaged them to comfim the “30 Available” was correct & they could ship to me from US Locaton. After they verified, I ordered, then same stall. After 3 or 4 days I asked for update. Response was; “We will contact the logistics provider for you”. Three days no response, I ask again. Response was: “We will contact the warehouse for you”. Finally after anther 3 days I insist on status they repond: “Sorry, our goods cannot be delivered to your address“. This has got to be some sort of Ponzi scheme. I’ve been told that AliExpress holds the funds until transaction is completed. If this is true, it makes me wonder if some of these sellers are real or just ghost sellers setup by AliExpress to hold funds as long as possible & then use other order funds refund first order. “Once is happenstance, twice is coincidence, three times is deliberate action”.
