I ordered a wood chipper from them and it appeared to be going OK. But than it said it was delivered and I never received. The tracking number was Fedex and they had a picture of a round tubular package at someone else's garage. Obviously a 200lb wood chipper does not fit in what looks like a poster tube. The house number on the Fedex tracker doesn't match my house. So now I have no package and Ali insists it was delivered.
Not worth the hassle. Just use Amazon.
