I ordered an item which came damaged. Contacted ali express who advised to return the item but between asking me and returning they provided me with a partial refund and the rest to be refunded after receiving the item back. Well guess what…. Item returned and they now say “ you’ve taken partial refund and won’t receive anymore”. What the actual “eff”. So bad customer service and worst thing is that when you constant them they say “ we’re here for you and to provide the right outcome”. All lies and would never shop from these guys again. Stick to eBay or Temu and definitely stay away from Ali express
