After tracking said out for delivery for 2 days I called fedex and they informed me the address and name associated with the tracking I was provided does not match my name or address. I contacted customer service who gave me some run around about customs and when I informed them theres no customs because this item was shipped in the states they wanted proof that I actually called fedex. I kept getting the run around when I asked why the wrong name and address was put on the label only said it must have been a shippers mistake. I was hesitant placing my first order with this co thinking it might be a scam and it appears I was correct. Had to file a dispute with PayPal
