I ordered a watch strap on 18th December 2024. A package was delivered on 27th December 2025, which had been opened and the contents stolen from it. I say "stolen" because it had been in a strong jiffy bag and had been ripped open on one end. They have stated that the weight of the parcel had only changed by 0.5g (within their"acceptable" limits), between the time it was weighed leaving China and the time it arrived in the UK. As a result they are maintaining that the item was delivered to me ! IT DEFINITELY WASN'T ! The courier company Evri are TOTALLY useless at helping to resolve the issue ! They have admitted that THEY "deem the parcel to be lost". This is not strictly correct as the package wasn't delivered, but was empty. I have now decided to involve my credit card provider, to recover my money. Scores, for all three of them - NIL !
