I recently placed an order for several items, and while some were received promptly, I encountered issues with a larger purchase. Although the tracking information indicated that the items were delivered, I did not receive them. I initiated a refund process, explaining that the items were not delivered. Subsequently, I was asked to provide additional photographs to facilitate the resolution, but unfortunately, I am unable to supply images of items I do not possess. After multiple attempts to secure a refund, my request was ultimately denied. I am now facing difficulties in obtaining my funds back, which has been quite frustrating.
