I had a terrible experience with a recent purchase on AliExpress. I ordered two identical 24-head chandeliers, but one arrived defective with multiple issues: broken and missing glass globes, poor packaging, and incorrect product details. It even seemed like a returned item resold to me, as it had no protective film and was poorly packed.
When I reached out to customer service, I was only offered a partial refund instead of a proper solution. I made it clear that I wanted to return the defective item for a full refund, but they refused to cooperate. The seller was unhelpful, and AliExpress customer support did little to resolve the situation.
I’ve shopped on AliExpress before, but this experience has made me lose trust in their platform. If you receive a faulty product, be prepared for a frustrating dispute process with little support. I won’t be ordering anything expensive from AliExpress again!
