My first time making purchase on AliExpress. Eagerly waited for about 12 days and the order status showed being delivered by an unknown and a previously unheard of delivery company, except no package could be found anywhere (mailbox, front door, or anywhere around the house). Opened a case with AliExpress, and they promptly closed the case 3 days later saying no valid evidence provided, with no refund. How can I prove to them or provide evidence for a package I never received in the first place? AliExpress just robbed me (took my money and I got nothing in return, except the terrible experience). Their customer service is horrible and completely unhelpful. Learn from my experience and stay clear of this merchant. Worst first time experience ever!
