sent wrong product and refused to correct error
i ordered a battery and was sent a completely different product. my order number was not on the package i was sent either. i contact aliexpres who ask for a video of the product i was sent, which they get. then they ask for a picture of the package and the product, which they get. then i am told that they have carefully assessed the material, are closing the case, will not correct the error and i am left with the wrong product. i have never tried that before.
