The arbitration process is poor. I bought a phone from HOMTOM Factory store. I was sent a bad phone. I returned the phone provided evidence of shipping but money was released to seller while dispute was still in progress and case was closed. I lost 200USD ($200) for both the phone and shipping to return the phone. It’s a bad experience. Buyers should beware.
