I have never complained or said anything bad for all these years with my online order experience. So far even the goods that came and not to my expectation, I usually just accept it and says it's ok but never given anyone one star. But this time, I don't think Aliexpress deserves even one star actually. ZERO is more appropriate. I have ordered more than 20 items in Aliexpress and out of those 20 orders, 5 orders was a dispute as it came totally whole different item which I did not order and of no use for. I pay for the tax to get the wrong item that was sent to me is one thing. Open a dispute and asked for the refund with all the photos evidence send and was rejected and only one or two was refunded half of the amount. As if it was my mistake. Very very disappointed. Will delete Aliexpress and never use them ever again. Though some of the sellers there are good and reliable but with the bad experience, I face when having a dispute, it was not handled professionally especially when it was not my mistake at all. To all the good sellers who are affected in losing customers in Aliexpress, please go somewhere else. WISH is a good place for sellers and they handle professional when you have a dispute.
