Do not trust!!
The seller sent me broken products and they refused to refund me full. Then I applied a full refund by opening dispute. However I only got a partial refund at the end which I am not happy with.
AliExpress gave me 2 proposals (more like options), Partial refund without returning the goods or full refund by sending the products back by shipping cost paid by buyer which cost me more than $52 from Australia to China. Why I have to pay for the returning shipping cost that is not my fault??
Then I refused both proposals. However it was ignored and AliExpress only refund me partial,,,,,
DO NOT TRUST THEIR BUYER PROTECTION! ( It is useless and it is a seller protection.)
