Very difficult to chat with human or anyone on their website. They now have a very long window for items to arrive, over 60-70 days in many cases.
Website can be difficult to follow, navigate and understand regarding the lack of transparency with their dispute process mechanism. They make you wait until the very last day to open up a dispute, but then you can't because it's automatically closed. It's a vicious circle The only way is to try to contact them by chat before the expiration date.
Dispute process is extended an additional 5 days for the seller to respond.
Strong language barrier with Aliexpress reps.
Not recommended. I suggest Dealextreme. I also suggest filing your dispute with your credit card company, not AliExpress for items not received on the 31st day when your order was sent out.
