Item not as described with no route for a refund. I ordered laptop feet for my Lenovo Thinkpad but the feet that arrived were far too small and shallow for my laptop. There is no way to access my order (despite an apparently efficient online order history system) and no way to get in touch with customer service to talk about my order. The 'online chat' is with an unsophisticated robot who totally relies on the order showing on my account history, making this another deadend as long as my order is not showing on my account. I cannot find an email address or phone number to talk to a real person. Ultimately, I am having to keep the laptop feet (eventually throw it away) and have now wasted about £10. I won't trust Aliexpress with another future purchase.
