I would give negative stars if I could. This is the most shady company I have ever dealt with. Their website glitches and I ended up paying and receiving double of everything I ordered I contacted the customer service over ten times to try and get it worked out and they just kept telling me I needed to contact the sellers and it was out of their hands. The sellers would have had to lose money and they wouldn’t do that (I don’t blame them, it wasn’t their fault!) I had to reexplain every time I got on to speak to customer service and each of them gave me the runaround in different ways. aliexpress would not own up to the fact that their website charged me double what it should have. I provided proof and they told me there was nothing they could do. They are just a “platform” so apparently they aren’t a real company, your money isn’t as safe as they say it is and their website may charge multiple but thats just the roll of the dice you take with them! Worst company and customer service EVER.
