Ordered shoes with a unicorn design, the same day I asked to change the size but they claimed it was already packaged up. Received the shoes with some kind of markings that were not part of the design. Contacted the seller and they only wanted to give me $8 of the $29.25 I spent. Contacted Ali Express and they said the stain could be removed but I explained to them that the "stain" was ingrained in the material, it was the same marking on both shoes. They insisted that if I didn't send a video of me trying to remove the stain, they were only going to give me 1/2 of the payment back or that I could send the shoes back but I would have to pay for shipping. This has been going on for over a month now and still nothing has been settled. Now they say things will take longer as they have a Festival that they are attending. Very bad customer service, I will not use them again!!
