Do not wait for the 60 days that Aliexpress make you wait before allowing you to file a dispute. They are only buying time and in the end, they will do everything possible to avoid issuing you a refund. Try find items on Amazon where they believe in customer service. Sellers on Aliexpress will send laughing emoji's when you inquire about your order, there is NO accountability on Aliexpress and customer service is almost nonexistent, so don't buy from their website, unless you like gambling and losing money.
