There system is beyond a joke. Long story short item not received. Seller only used my town for address. No house number no street name. Just the town I live in.
Somehow it’s been marked as delivered when it Has not.
Local post office won’t give me any evidence to prove this as tracking clearly states item has been returned but on aliexpress systems shows as delivered. Because it shows as delivered on there stupid website, I can’t open item not received case. Only option I had was to open case via. Item received but not as described. No help from Ali express and each agent can’t help and no refund 60 days later. The customer service team does even have the infrastructure to keep note off cases likes this and leave notes for each other, so next time you call customer’s services you don’t have to tell them your full story on what has happened, with Ali express I have wasted at lest 6 hours of ma life I’m a month just explaining the Situation. Also agents don’t understand fully. No one is taking ownership of the case. They say message buyer a message buyer and he say item maker as delivered sorry and am like wtf. Bunch of idiots. All well of your item get delivered of it doesn’t good luck trying to get your money back.
There systems and producers is very poor. Causes a lot of stress, wasted a lot of time as well.
Still waiting for response via email. Item still not revived refund not issued. Customer service can’t help for there procedures and sellers will not response.
Poor poor poor poor Internal system and lack of customer services skills and understanding.
