From Canada I ordered a “universal knife/ tool sharpening machine... They sent me a 220/240 v model with a EURO plug ... I disputed the order and I lost ... In my humble opinion , when you sell to. The world , the least you can do is make sure you send the right specs / voltage .... If you don’t know then you ask the customer to confirm that he really wants that model .... Not very professional...
I was a Platinum member buying stuff on AE all the time , not always satisfied but I let go ...
That was my last order ...
And I will never buy or recommend that site to anyone anymore .
