Did not receive item, and the dispute service is a joke. You have no real way to actually contact aliexpress directly. The sellers are not shipping items. It has become really bad. The ratings for the sellers are not being posted so you end up taking a chance. Then they want you to wait 60 day be for you file a dispute, only to wait another 30 or so days for a decision on whether they will decide to send you back your money.
