I ordered an item 3 months ago and still have not received it. I raised a dispute which the dispute team has since closed saying that the item has been delivered to the local post office in my location. The post office claims that they haven't received the item.
As far as I am concerned, I have paid for an item which I still haven't received. And I shouldn't have to keep following this up.
It is the responsibility of AliExpress to check what has happened and fix this.
But they just seem to have conveniently washed their hands off, putting the ball in my court. COMPLETELY UNFAIR!
Never shall I EVER shop from Ali Express. These are the type of experiences that collectively give China a bad name!
