If it does and goes into a dispute Aliexpress will backup the sellers even when the seller is 100% wrong. Their dispute is like a Kangaroo court: they don't evaluate your evidence, they Are the Accusers, The Judges and the Executioners. It happen to me, I bought an ACEMAX Bluetooth Remote, Order No: 8007382899155773 that never worked, the Seller Shenzhen Acemax Electronics Co., Ltd refused to replace/refund me. I opened a dispute that I OBVIOUSLY lost, they offered an appeal which I did open one but to date they never replied. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THEM, buy from HONORABLE Canadian or US companies!
