Seller seems never send the item to me, open dispute and aliexpress at the seller side, arguing the seller sent judging by status “sent”.
They even ask me the document to prove item lost. Document ? to prove item lost ? How ? Does not make sense to me! And also their customer service is the crappy AI robot which only give you answer from their FAQ
Fully crappy, ebay and paypal much much much better 100x.
