I wish I checked the reviews on this company before I purchased 2 orders from AliExpress. My first order of 4 items was in February 2020, I received an order tracking number for them but then noticed 3 of the items were not included in the tracking order. I waited patiently, thinking they made a mistake and sure enough only 1 item showed up. There was no 2nd tracking number but it does show the item never left China. I submitted a dispute with no luck so far, not even a response. The 2nd order I purchased was before the first items arrived, I ordered 4 more items, all the items from the same seller, thinking I'd have better luck. After the bill came in the email I noticed bill from the company only showed 3 items, but my credit card showed 4 items paid for. I thought it was a mistake but I was wrong again, only 3 items showed up. I entered a dispute but they refused a refund telling me to show proof I didn't get the item and to check with the shipper. It was obvious the seller didn't send the 4th item, it's ridiculous. I can't believe they would lose a new customer over $25. Anyway that was my first and last dealings with AliExpress. I thought I'd give another company some business, but they were brutal and frustrating to deal with. I couldn't even leave a negative comment with either the seller or AliExpress. I suggest anyone to STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I can say that I've been a customer with Amazon for years, whenever there's an issue like this, Amazon has refunded me without an issue.
