Someone has been using my credit card credentials and purchasing products with my money. I contacted Aliexpress, but they didn't solve the problem, instead they redirected me to the frequently asked questions.
I have been using Aliexpress before, but this is the first time this has happened, and they didn't even try to help me get my money back!
Don't purchase products from Aliexpress when they're not willing to help their customers.
