The worst online shopping experience ever in my life. First of all when I order good it tells me a delivery time frame and later when we keep waiting and the item doesnt arrive and we contact the seller. We get the standard response that you are withing "Protection Period" which is like 60 - 90 days. Whats is the point in receiving good after 90 days (3 months). This is insane. Secondly we are not allowed to open a dispute until we have received the good so our money is stuck unless we wait for 60 - 90 days for the goods to arrive. Finally if we open a dispute the full amount is not refunded either. Part of it goes to coupons, taxes, blah blah. After all this frustration when we try to contact Aliexpress support we need to deal with the crazy "Eva" bot which would never ever connect you to a live chat with a HUMAN. This is the worst online shopping experience I have had in my entire life and would never ever make this mistake. Waste of time and MONEY. Just eating everyones money and providing useless service.
