I've been ordering from Aliexpress for over 6 years now; super cheap small items are generally received (though it often takes months), and had no problem disputing and getting refunds for those when I haven't received them in time. However, be very cautious ordering anything of value on Aliexpress - I ordered a multimedia screen for my car, and sellers shipped the wrong parts 2 times; I paid for 2 week shipping, and it has now been 4 months since my original order. Seller and Aliexpress are ignoring my disputes and refusing to refund despite me having provided all evidence of the incorrect product shipped (not to mention the significant delays). Unless you're ordering something of very low value and don't mind if you don't get it - I highly advise that you do not order from Aliexpress. I hope this can prevent people from having to suffer through the experience that I have.
