I just closed my AliExpress account for the following reasons:
1. I have proof of AliExpress overcharging me for some of my purchases during an audit of my bank statements. That's considered theft!
2. I have proof of AliExpress underpaying me for refunds that were agreed between us. Again, this is considered theft!
3. Do you think you can find an email address or a contact number to raise any concerns with AliExpress? Heck no! And the only time you get to speak with their Customer Service people is when you raise a dispute.
4. AliExpress Dispute Process is a sham! I dont trust them as far as I can throw them!
To all AliExpress customers, do please be very aware of what I am stating above! I don't write this for fun! So, Buyer Beware!
