Aliexpress protects their seller and want me to provide them with ridiculous information even though I already send plenty of enough evidence to support my statement. Aliexpress shame on you! They do not make any investigation at all but instead ask the seller what do they need/want from me and just state it in their judgment evidence stance. If I do not contact the shipping company in 3 days, they will automatically send the money to the seller, even though it is obvious I have never ordered a lighter and the weight of the package is only 100g but not 400g as it should be. DIRTY PEOPLE! DIRTY BUSINESS! NO SUPPORT AND NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CLIENTS! SAVE YOUR MONEY! INVEST IN AMAZON OR EBAY! THEY PROVIDE BETTER CUSTOMER SUPPORT!
