Dealing with EUFY/ANKER customer service and their refund process has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Despite returning the faulty device under a valid warranty, they have refused to process my full refund after chasing them through calls and emails. To make matters worse, their team created unnecessary confusion by complicating the issue—at one point, they couldn’t even decide whether I was entitled to a refund or if they would repair the device. This kind of miscommunication is unacceptable, especially for a company that prides itself on quality and customer satisfaction. It has been nearly a month of exhausting back-and-forth communication, with no proactive updates or solutions from their side. Instead of resolving the issue swiftly, they’ve made me jump through hoops just to get back the amount I rightfully deserve. What should have been a straightforward warranty claim has turned into a nightmare of inefficiency and unprofessionalism. The lack of accountability and clear processes is shocking, and I would strongly caution others against relying on their support if something goes wrong.
