“Extremely Disappointed with Anker Product and Support
I purchased the Anker Bluetooth Selfie Stick (Model A7161) from a duty-free shop two weeks ago while rushing to catch a flight. Unfortunately, it won't charge—even though the indicator light turns on. It’s completely unusable.
I reached out to Anker support, but their responses were generic and unhelpful. Each reply felt like a template or chatbot message, and I had to repeat the issue multiple times—clearly, they weren't reading my messages. When they found out I lost my receipt in transit, they quickly deflected all responsibility.
I expected much better from a brand like Anker. The product failed, and the customer service experience has been even worse. Truly disappointing.”
“Dealing with EUFY/ANKER customer service and their refund process has been an incredibly frustrating experience.
Despite returning the faulty device under a valid warranty, they have refused to process my full refund after chasing them through calls and emails.
To make matters worse, their team created unnecessary confusion by complicating the issue—at one point, they couldn’t even decide whether I was entitled to a refund or if they would repair the device. This kind of miscommunication is unacceptable, especially for a company that prides itself on quality and customer satisfaction.
It has been nearly a month of exhausting back-and-forth communication, with no proactive updates or solutions from their side. Instead of resolving the issue swiftly, they’ve made me jump through hoops just to get back the amount I rightfully deserve.
What should have been a straightforward warranty claim has turned into a nightmare of inefficiency and unprofessionalism. The lack of accountability and clear processes is shocking, and I would strongly caution others against relying on their support if something goes wrong.”
“Orderer a power bank on 2/12 that I never received. I emailed them and they responded on 11/12 that there was an error on their system, and I should receive a shipping confirmation on the next 48 hours. 6 days later and still no confirmation. Unacceptable and scammy behavior on their end. They offered a 10% discount (doesn’t even cover the hilarious shipping cost) but I won’t be needing it as I’m never ordering again. Please stay away from their scamming tactics and buy more reputable products.”
“Mystery Box - SCAM - My £37 mystery box turned out to be very poor value, as the mobile charging pad included was selling for just £10 elsewhere. This wasn’t a genuine deal, but rather a tactic to sell items at an over inflated price under the guise of a bargain, paired with a crafty no-returns policy. While I love the brand and my earphones that I’ve previously purchased, this experience has left me extremely disappointed and feeling cheated. I’m genuinely upset that I fell for this.

Had I seen reviews like this myself I would never had purchased. The items on Amazon would have cost me £10 from their own selling page. AVOID.
When someone receives good service, they might share it with one out of ten people. But when they experience bad service, they’ll tell ten out of ten. I’m taking this review and social media as an opportunity to make sure thousands are aware of this unscrupulous behavior.”
“Run as fast as you can. I ordered permanent lighting from them. Very expensive. I decided “before the lights shipped” to cancel the order. I contacted customer support to let them know I wanted to cancel. They did email me back and “supposedly” gave it a case number. When I asked for updates, they ignored me. A few days later, they shipped the product and asked me why I wanted to cancel. ????? Ridiculous! I believe they ignored my requests to cancel on purpose. I can only imagine just how difficult it’s going to be to return the lights. At least I can make a formal complaint with my credit card company. Stay away from Anker and don’t be SCAMMED like I was.”

This review serves as a formal complaint against Anker and a stark warning to potential customers. My recent attempt to purchase a floor cleaner through their platform resulted in a two-month ordeal marked by delays, misinformation, and an utter disregard for basic customer service principles.
I placed an order for a specific floor cleaner, essential for the operation of my expensive Eufy x10 cleaning machine. The estimated delivery date passed without a single update. After a month of radio silence, I contacted their support team. Their initial response promised the product within 10 business days. Needless to say, this promise remained unfulfilled.
Following further inquiries (met with a concerning lack of communication continuity), Anker finally acknowledged a "system error" that inexplicably prevented my order from reaching the warehouse. Their proposed solution? A full refund and order cancellation. This, however, demonstrably failed to address the core issue: the missing floor cleaner I had rightfully purchased.
Throughout this entire fiasco, communication with them was abysmal. Emails requesting the fulfillment of the original order, despite their admitted error, were consistently ignored. This blatant disregard for my needs and a complete lack of transparency regarding the status of my purchase were deeply concerning.
Their customer service is abysmal, their communication is nonexistent, and they clearly prioritize convenience over customer satisfaction. My time was wasted, my needs were ignored, and the entire experience left me feeling frustrated and disrespected.
Don't make the same mistake I did. Take your business elsewhere and avoid the headache. Additionally, I'm considering filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency to hold them accountable.
P.S. I spent a mere £15 on this floor cleaner. The cost of the product itself is nothing compared to the value of my time and wasted effort. What Anker and Eufy failed to understand is that they've lost a customer (and potentially many more) over a situation that could have been easily resolved with a little effort and respect.”
“Awful! Avoid at all costs. I had to ask 6 times for the return process to be asked for pictures of my ears and was then told I would have to send from the UK to US at my own expense (£50). The worst customer service I’ve ever come across!

“I purchased an Anker PowerCore in April of 2021 so that I could work from my laptop on a trip from Indianapolis to Hilton Head. The PowerCore was AWESOME enabling me to work a full day and still have power available to recharge my travel companions' devices. I had used the PowerCore for about 1.5 years when it suddenly stopped charging my devices. I paid $149 for it and hated that I might have lost that expensive accessory. I reached out to Anker Customer Service and within ONE day I was contacted with some troubleshooting suggestions. When i responded that none of them worked, Anker IMMEDIATELY entered an order for a replacement. I received the replacement within a few days. WOW!! The customer service and immediate responses to my emails (there were six exchanges in a very short period of time) were OUTSTANDING. I now have my favorite Power Bank back in service. Thank you so much ANKER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TECH TEAM!!!”
