I ordered a mattress from Argos. The delivery was fine but they also had to take away the old one. The driver said he couldn't cause the truck was full and someone would be along later. Waited and waited clearly no one was coming. phoned them your just left in a queue forever. Tried the chat function 3 times in one evening and 3 times the next evening. Finally got someone to organise the pickup of the mattress on the 3rd attempt this time. Absolutely aweful experience. Disgraceful treatment. Mattess pickup men fine, person who helped me organise a pickup great, everyone else NIL -0.
