Had new dishwasher they went to fit it flooded my kitchen then left. I had to pay plumber to install it . No compensation and they did not take old dishwasher.

Failure after failure Ordered a dishwasher online and paid in full. I selected the delivery date and time slot. I received a confirmation email. Waited in.. from 2-9pm.. nothing shows up. No update emails/texts. I called customer services next morning they said the dishwasher was damaged so they didn’t deliver.. they rearranged delivery same day 6-10pm. Again.. no delivery. No update emails or texts to say that it’s failed.. Called customer services the next day, they said it was a failed delivery.. I try to ask them to rearrange but they said no we have to process a cancellation and a refund but you can go to the shop and order it.. I mentioned I purchased this on a deal price.. they said that they cannot guarantee but you can buy it again full price and call them and they might honour the sale price. Now I’m waiting for my refund.. I wonder if that will fail also?.. absolute waste of my time. After this experience I will not use Argos again. Pointless. Why do I even bother.

Scheduled Collection for a return 5 times and no show every time. i was assured the last 2 times that someone will definitely come to collect without fail. Have had to call everyday and keep getting the same response. Still have the bed and genuinely disappointed in the service. Will be raising a chargeback to resolve this for now. Will be very careful on what i order next time.

Ordered a mattress 26 days ago had no date for delivery & was fobbed off by a chatbot. I am sleeping on a sofa I have cancer & am at my wits end. Causing anxiety, I can’t believe a company can be so bad the sooner they go under the better.

Ordered a washing machine. Delivery driver said driveway not accessible and they just disappeared. I live in a street where trucks comes for delivery. It was a day wasted for nothing. Then I called the customer care to rearrange the delivery and I got 4th of next moth as my new delivery date. The very next day I got a message from Argos saying delivery date will be 5th of next month. I didn't bother to call them again to clarify. Anyways got the delivery on 5th and the delivery person was a frustrated asshole. He was rude. Overall a bunch of highly unprofessional idiots doing business. 1 star because there is no option for zero stars.

One of the worst delivery services I've come across in my whole life the incompetence of these employes is mind boggling tried delivering my order to the wrong house then tell me I've got to wait till Saturday for next delivery 🤣 so scrapped the order and got next day with Currys can safely say I won't be using Argos again after this experience

Ordered & paid for a tv on Thursday for next day delivery, cancelled a hospital appointment to make sure we would be there. Sat in waiting, finally got an email stating delivery would be between 4.30 & 6.30 pm, waited & waited, nothing turned up. Promised delivery next day with a time slot between 2 & 4pm. Guess what, yep no delivery AGAIN. Long story short, cancelled order with Argos coz courier they use are a bunch of incompetent, unprofessional liars. The driver LIED through his teeth saying he tried to deliver on Friday but we were out....utter rubbish, we never went anywhere. Didn't even bother with an excuse for Saturday just didn't turn up. I bought a much newer, better, bigger screen tv with a 5 year warranty from Mark's Electrical in Leicester for about £50 more than Argos, next day delivery. We didn't order it until 4pm but they promised me they wouldn't let us down like Argos & gave us a time slot of between 12 & 2pm. True to their word they arrived at 12.20pm & an hour later we were watching tv. Needless to say until Argos stop using COWBOYS like yodel courier's I'll be shopping with Mark's Electrical who didn't let me down & did exactly what they said they would do.

Excellent service Argos staff were courteous and very helpful in dealing and solving my problem, both in store and telephone. There delivery and collection service was also excellent.

After being disappointed with one company and a different brand, I ordered a Shark hand held vacuum from Argos in Runcorn, within and hour of ordering and driving there, I got my parcel.. Went home and set it up. It is amazing, a fabulous vacuum and the staff at Runcorn Argos were lovely and helpful, brilliant, no problems, and if I hade any issues I can just take it back. No expensive postal charges.

Your investment will increase when you deposit, but you won't be allowed to take it out until it hits a specific percentage. Profits included, I lost everything, but T-R-E-B-L-E-S-L-T-D*(COM) helped me get it everything back.

DELIVERY TO HOME TERRIBLE, FORGET IT! UPDATE: Saturday 21/12/24 Another collection was arranged for today and I was to get a 2 hour collection windows that morning, I never got one so again contacted Argos chat (so I have evidence of the continued problems) THE PROMISED COLLECTION TODAY made by JOAN @ 16:46 on 12th December NEVER HAPPENED (AGAIN) This morning (21/12/24) RITTIK eventually told me when I contacted them AGAIN that my collection would be between 10am and 12pm. IT WASNT COLLECTED YET AGAIN so I again contacted them after 12pm and this time RONIT eventually told me to wait until 6pm for it to be collected, but if it wasn’t I should contact them Monday and start yet again!!!!!!!!!! I waited in all day on this, the last Saturday before Christmas and THEY DIDNT COLLECT AND NO ONE CONTACTED ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Original problem NOTE: I don’t have Facebook or Twitter! On 3/12/24 I ordered a Bush DHG60GNSS Gas Hob - Stainless Steel 918/8356 and it was delivered to my home on Monday 9/12/24 ARGOS DONT GET DELIVERY SIGNATURES! Opened and the hob was packed dented by Bush as the thick polystyrene protecting the damaged area was itself undamaged. Contacted Argos online chat and was dealt with by AYUSHMAN who kindly agreed to pick up the damaged hob and deliver the replacement on Fri 13th. NO CONFIRMATION of this arrived so on Fri 13th at 8am I phoned and spoke to another assistant who told me it was down for a collection/delivery between 12:00>14:00 NB THEY DIDNT TURN UP so I phoned again at 14:39 and spoke to PAULINE who told me it was down for delivery between 14:00>16:00 NB THEY DIDNT TURN UP AGAIN, so I phoned up again at 16:46 and spoke to JOAN who, after listening to the long saga, informed me that the couldn’t deliver a new one as THEY HAVE NONE! I informed JOAN that I would take a refund instead as I had been lied to twice and wasted a whole day, and they don’t have one and that I would return the damaged one to my local store, unfortunately despite the package being smaller & lighter than other items I have collected from Argos in the past JOAN tells me THEY DONT ALLOW RETURNING TO THE STORE, so they will have to collect it from me on Sat 20th between 7am and 6pm and that, UNLIKE TODAY, they will contact me to tell me my 2 hour time slot? Collection from stores is great and works very well, DELIVERY TO THE HOME AS THE ONLY OPTION I WOULD FORGET ABOUT THAT! Note: JOAN kept her promise to phone me after our call and I thanked her for that.

This company is a scam. Their support team couldn't assist me with my withdrawal and asked me to pay for liquidation. I felt cheated, but A M D A R K L I M I T E D ** C0M helped me recover my investment and profit in just a few days.

I made the mistake of buying from Argos and not Amazon! I purchased a hand held whisk Order Number 6629860858 on the 14th December with the delivery date to Sainsbury's in Holmes Chapel on Sunday 15th December from 10 am. The item failed to arrive on the 15th and now 6 days later it has still not arrived and I have no idea where it is or when it will turn up. £20 was taken from my account to pay for this on the 14th. I now want to cancel and get my money back but this seems impossible. This is a dreadful service from Argos.

Do Not Buy Bikes from Argos if You Want to Stay alive. And I am not even joking. I am absolutely horrified by my experience with Argos and their handling of a life- threatening issue involving a self-assembly bike I purchased. The bike had a clear manufacturing defect, which I noticed after the accident I had. After reaching out to Argos, I provided all the evidence, including photos showing a misfit rim and serious safety concerns. I said I will escalate issue further if they will not resolve the case as they ought to. Despite this, Argos ignored me and gaslighted me throughout the process. When I asked for documentation of the bike’s quality check, I received no response, just plain email included in this review. Andrew H., an Argos executive, denied any responsibility, blaming me entirely as the customer. He also failed to acknowledge the fact that I had already taken the bike for an independent quality check, which revealed the bike’s instability and safety risks, including a misfit rim and potential brake failure. Argos never conducted their own quality check, and it’s clear from their response that they were trying to avoid any accountability. Andrew H. was a second executive who was dealing with my complaint. The first executive, Lee H., have never took my complaint seriously and had a hope I will forget about what happened to me, by simply ignoring me. So I had to remind them about my case starting again from the scratch and receiving new case number. Don’t ask what has happened with my complaint with executive Lee-I was never updated on that. This is warning to YOU, every potential customer. Andrew told me Argos is not responsible for safety of the products they are selling, which in reality they are responsible for selling unsafe products under The Consumer Protection Act 1987. Remember that. And remember, he was trying to avoid responsibility but do not mind having a position of executive, while being incompetent of owning it. This bike should NEVER have been sold. It is a serious safety hazard that could have resulted in severe injury or worse. Argos' executives refusal to acknowledge the issue and their dismissive attitude towards customer safety is shocking. My experience has left me with lasting health consequences, and I strongly advise anyone to avoid purchasing bikes from Argos. Their negligence and lack of responsibility make them a company that simply cannot be trusted when it comes to your safety. Simply because they have clueless executives who only counting profits over customers safety. Do not make the same mistake I did—stay far away from Argos when it comes to bikes!

I ordered an ironing board to be delivered on Saturday. The courier left me with an air fryer and although I told him that wasn't mine he just left me with the fryer. I went onto Chatline which is a complete joke, why don't they use real people from the start? On Sunday 8th Dec. I got through to a real person and the pickup and delivery has been arranged for sometime today. What really annoys me is 5 months ago in July the same thing happened, I ordered a Hoover vacuum cleaner, they sent the wrong model and when the correct one was sent one of the attachments was missing. It's a shame Sainsburys brought the company because Argos prices are much too high for many of the goods and as for customer service, well... I left a 1 star review on Trust Pilot but to reply you need to be on Facebook or Twitter which I'm not.

Argos are an awful company, after waiting 8 days for the earliest delivery slot for my sons bed the delivery truck arrives with just the mattress! apparently the bed frame is on another van, so instead of arranging for the bed frame to arrive later today i then get a phone call saying i have to wait another FIVE DAYS for the bed frame to arrive!!!!!! I ring to make a complaint (which was of no assistance at all) when i asked for refund was told it would take up to 30 DAYS TO RETURN MY REFUND!!!! yet they took my money instantly for the order, My son is autistic and all of this is not good for him at all, i am full time carer to my parents and arranged this specifically for my day off, think twice before ordering from this company.

I ordered a sterling silver chain along with 2 other items. The chain didn't get delivered and the delivery driver kindly phoned the store to find out information for me, they told him they didn't have it in stock and I could get a refund, a refund which I've had to chase up myself, they are now saying it needs to be investigated because it's coming up as delivered!! I didn't even get notified via email that my item was out of stock or even a notification about it being delivered. I am still waiting on my refund! I need to chase MY OWN money! I will be taking this further as this is unacceptable!
