Ordered and paid for a cooker on 23/09 and was told delivery would be in 14 days. After many calls and emails finally delivery arranged today. Took a day off and cleared my hallway for delivery. Guess what? Didn’t turn up and I got a message at 4pm saying DHL were unable to deliver today and to call DHL to arrange re delivery. No answer so after nearly an hour I ended call. Nearly an hour on hold to Argos to request refund only to be told that I would need to call back in a few days as DHL had not let them know that it hadn’t been delivered. It’s my money which they’ve had for 3 months. DISGUSTED. I have cut my Argos card into a thousand pieces. Surely they can’t remain in business with this level of customer dissatisfaction?
