Same issue as many others here. Pay for an item wait for email to say it is ready for collection. In my case after a couple of days after the item was due I contacted the help line and was reassured the item would arrive but had been delayed. I waited and again nothing happened do I contacted them again to be told that the order had not been processed and wouldn't be as the item was not available
When did they plan on telling me??
