we purchased a Bush oven from Argos in November 2019, unfortunately last Sunday the oven part broke, (the oven would not heat up). We spoke to Argos customer services and they were very understanding and sent us an email to contact Bush directly as they believed that as it had failed just outside of the 1 year warranty , that it would be covered as a goodwill gesture. We contacted Bush and they basically told us it is out of warranty and that they would not fix it, even as goodwill. Their customer services was appalling. They told us to go back to Argos. Last night we called Argos and a lovely Australian gentleman called Adam took our call, he was fantastic, we explained the situation and without hesitation he offered us a brand new oven, as we didn't want another Bush oven as we believe the oven should last longer than just over a year, we choose a different make which was slightly more money, and paid the difference, the new oven is being delivered next week. Brilliant customer services from Argos, I would defiantly purchase other products from Argos, just not anything made by Bush.
