Purchased a Braun series 5 razor between Christmas and New year. I persevered with it for nearly three weeks but the cutting head kept flying off when trying to have a shave. When I admitted to myself I'd have to return it I found that on sainsburys branches were taking returns and not the normal one were I bought it. When I took it back to sainsburys in Wigan I was told they didn't have another in stock but they could refund me and I could reorder click and collect from my original store. Very inconvenient but I accepted it it these difficult times they did not even offer to get me one into stock. When I got home and tried to reorder I found it had gone up in price by £40. She must have known this when she offered the refund. She had even told me it was in stock at Wigan Robin Park. I was absolutely livid that she had neglected to tell me the price was different before she did the refund and left me to find out when I tried to reorder. I tried to call customer services which was nigh on impossible with voice recognition switchboard saying it couldn't understand what I was saying all the time. When u eventually did get through I got through to what seemed like a foreign call centre who were absolutely useless and not interested in the service I had received. Just telling me there was nothing they could do.
Absolutely shocking service all round and I will never use Argos again for anything. They have lost my business fir good.
