As per another review, Argos have provided me with the most appalling level of customer service and I would not recommend them to anyone.
I purchased a bed several years ago and opted for purchasing a three year accidental damage warranty. An engineer visited my home and confirmed that the damage was irreparable.
Having waited over a year to receive my refund for the fault on the ottoman bed mechanism, I have been refused a refund by Argos although I was reassured that this would be processed at the time the fault report was carried out.
It appears that Argos customer service agents are ill trained and not willing to assist customers when an issue is brought to their attention.
I would not recommend purchasing products from Argos unless you are prepared to lose hundreds of pounds on their faulty items.
